ProGadgetMart is having multiple methods of delivery. Standard and Quick Delivery

Standard Delivery:

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days for urban areas,  and 5-7 business days for rural areas.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation, and dispatch details will be shared via email or SMS.

Quick Delivery:

For urgent deliveries, we offer an quick delivery service at an additional cost, which guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days.

Quick delivery requests must be placed before 12 PM on a business day to be eligible for faster processing.

In Rural Areas, delivery times can be 3-5 Business Days.In case of pin codes not having this facility, we will issue appropriate refunds.

Packaging:

- All items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

- We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.

Tracking:

- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Delivery Conditions:

- A signature may be required upon delivery.

- If you are not available to receive your package, please arrange for someone at the delivery address to sign for your order.

Serviceable Areas:

- We deliver across the country, but there may be restrictions on certain remote or inaccessible areas.

- Please check if your area is serviceable by entering your pin code on the product page.

International Shipping:

- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within the country.

Returns and Refunds:

- In case of any issues with your order, please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy.

Exchange or Return of Goods

At ProGadgetMart, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our return policy is designed to ensure that any concerns with damaged products are addressed promptly and satisfactorily. 

Damaged Products

We accept returns only in the case of damaged products.

If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage

Upon verification, we will arrange for a return pick-up at no additional cost to you.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. 

Please Note:

The item must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Returns of damaged products will not be accepted if reported after 48 hours of the delivery date.

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence will not qualify for a return or refund.

Non-returnable Items

Items sold as part of a clearance or sale cannot be returned unless they are damaged. Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

I’m sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet. Here’s what you can do to check the status of your delivery:

  1. Check Your Email: Look for any shipping confirmation emails that you may have received from us. They usually contain a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  2. Track Your Order: Use the tracking number on the courier’s website to see the latest update on your package’s location.

  3. Contact Customer Service: If you can’t find your tracking information or if the tracking status hasn’t changed in a while, please reach out to our customer service team. Provide them with your order number, and they will assist you in locating your order.

  4. Account Orders Section: If you have an account with our store, you can log in and check the ‘My Orders’ section for the latest update on your order status.

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time and our team is here to ensure that happens. If there’s been an unexpected delay, we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Is my order confirmed?

Your order status can be confirmed in the following way:

  1. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email from us. This email confirms that we have received your order and it is being processed.

  2. Shipping Confirmation: After your order is confirmed, it will be prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your product is dispatched.

  3. Non-Confirmation and Refunds: If, for any reason, your order cannot be confirmed or fulfilled, we will issue a full refund to the payment method you previously used. In an ideal scenario, if possible, we will process the refund to a payment method of your choice.

  4. Refund Invoice: Along with the refund, we will send a refund invoice to your email address for your records.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service for assistance. We are here to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for you.

Do you deliver to my pincode?

At our e-commerce store, we service almost all pin codes across India. However, there are certain areas where our delivery partners may not be able to reach. In such cases, orders to non-serviceable pin codes will not be confirmed. If you place an order and we find that your pin code is not serviceable, we will issue a full refund to the payment method you used for the transaction (In case of Prepaid Orders). We will also send you a refund invoice to your email address for your records.

Is COD (Cash On Delivery) service available for payment?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at our e-commerce store. To ensure the security of transactions and to minimize fraudulent orders, we collect a security deposit of Rs. 100 for COD orders. This amount is collected online through either UPI or card payment at the time of placing the order.

Please note that this security deposit will be deducted from the total amount due at the time of delivery. The availability of COD may vary based on the product and the delivery location, so we recommend checking the payment options on the product page before placing your order.

Can I get quick delivery of my order?

Certainly! Our e-commerce store offers a quick delivery option for those who need their orders in a hurry. While standard delivery times vary, selecting quick delivery ensures that your order will be prioritized and dispatched as soon as possible.

Please note that while quick delivery is faster than standard delivery, delivery times may still be longer for certain rural areas due to logistical challenges. However, rest assured that even in rural areas, quick delivery will be quicker than our standard delivery service.
